The final chapter in the misadventures of our intrepid trio, Wally, Darla, and Pinky the Wonder Pig. Professor Krank tries to get rid of Pinhead the Mountie, so he can have Stella all to his self. Pinhead visits a fortune teller to find out if he will ever find true love. Pinhead must get to the church on time while being persued by the evil Dr Headpin and his goons. In this spin-off of the original "A Black and White Castle", Pinhead bravely returns to the spooky castle.

This time he makes a much more horrifying, deeply disturbing discovery.
